Assembly is where everything either comes together correctly — or eventually fails catastrophically at speed. We don't build fast cars. We build cars that are built correctly, which then happen to be fast.

Every component carries a torque spec. Every gasket gets its proper compression. Every bearing gets its clearance measured — not assumed. This is what mechanical respect looks like.

Assembly Services

What we build.

01 Engine Rebuild →
Full disassembly, hot-tank cleaning, bearing clearance measurement with plastigauge, ring gap filing, and assembly with ARP hardware throughout. We use OEM or better sealing surfaces and apply correct torque sequences. Build sheet provided on delivery.
02 Gearbox & Differential →
Synchro replacement, bearing renewal, and gear selector rebuild. LSD service and rebuild including clutch pack inspection and shim stack adjustment. Sequential and dog-engagement box fitting and alignment.
03 Cooling System →
Radiator, thermostat, water pump, and hose replacement with pressure test before sign-off. Racing applications: custom aluminium rad positioning, swirl pot installation, and overflow system plumbing.
04 Suspension & Geometry →
Full bush replacement in polyurethane or spherical rose joints depending on application. Coilover fitment, adjustable arm installation, and geometry baseline on our four-post jig after every suspension assembly.
05 Braking System →
Caliper rebuild or replacement, big brake kit fitting, braided line installation, and brake bias bar setup for competition cars. Master cylinder sizing and pedal box geometry verification included.
06 Final Sign-Off →
Full torque verification of all critical fasteners. Fluid fill and bleed. Cold and warm idle adjustment. Short road test or dyno pull (where applicable) with notes. Delivery with complete build documentation folder.
